Shipping Policy

At Refrigena, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and efficient shipping on every order. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation. Please note that processing time covers order verification, packing, and carrier handoff — it does not include transit time once the package has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Method
We offer free shipping via FedEx on all eligible orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.


3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Friday Shipments
Orders scheduled for Friday shipment may experience slight delays due to warehouse processing and carrier pickup arrangements. In some cases, Friday orders may not begin moving until the next business day.


5. Weekend Policy
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. Any order placed over the weekend or after business hours on Friday will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


6. Unsupported Shipping Areas
We currently ship only to serviceable addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Remote islands, offshore territories, and other non-standard delivery areas

7. Tracking Information
A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately after the label is created — your package may already be in transit before the first scan is visible in the carrier system.


8. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all stated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volumes during holidays or peak seasons
  • Temporary warehouse scheduling adjustments
  • Delivery route disruptions

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an error is noticed after placing your order, please contact us immediately before shipment. Once a package has been dispatched, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost, or if you experience any delivery issue, please contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant photos or details. We will review the matter and do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
