No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, Refrigena does not accept returns on any order once it has been delivered. Many of the items we carry — including refrigerants, gases, and other regulated materials — are classified as hazardous, pressurized, or safety-sensitive. For this reason, all sales are considered final, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with the item you received, please contact us and we will review your case accordingly.


Refunds
Refunds are only issued when a claim has been approved due to damage, defect, or shipping error. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing after approval. Actual timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
